CLASS Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

Forager Fabrics Sewing Class / Workshop / Meetup Agreemet

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participating in sewing, crafting, or related activities involves the use of sharp

tools (such as scissors, needles, pins, rotary cutters), sewing machines, irons, and other

equipment that may cause injury if used improperly. I voluntarily assume all risks associated

with participation, including any injury, damage, or loss to myself, my property, or others.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any class, workshop, or event hosted by

Forager Fabrics and Cotton and Blue (“the Organizer”), I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Organizer, its

owner(s), instructors, employees, volunteers, and the owner(s) of the premises from any and all

claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that

may occur while participating in these activities.

3. Medical Treatment

I understand that I am responsible for my own medical care in the event of an injury or

emergency and that the Organizer is not responsible for providing medical assistance or

coverage.

4. Property Damage

I agree that I am responsible for any intentional or negligent damage I cause to the Organizer’s

equipment, materials, or property.

I have read and understood this waiver and release. I am participating voluntarily and fully understand that by signing the checkout form, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Organizer for injuries or damages.
