Create the flower shape from Grandmothers Flower Garden or something more modern and scrappy, maybe even an I Spy baby quilt. Learn how to EPP with hexi’s. You will be cutting fabric correctly for size, glue basting, thread basting, and joining fabric covered pieces together. I will also show you how to make a template for cutting fabric and fussy cutting prints. When finished, how to remove paper from your project. I will also introduce some other shapes you can use for EPP i.e. Lucy Boston/Patchwork of the Crosses, Brimfield Block and Brimfield Star, and Passacaglia/Millefiori.

I am a Long-arm Quilter and quilting teacher. I have been in business since 2006 quilting quilt tops for customers. I started teaching people to quilt while working at Quilters Common in Wakefield. I really enjoy sharing my quilting knowledge.
